Role Overview
Ensure smooth operation of our internal tools and external deployments. You will provide technical support, maintain documentation, and help keep systems reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for internal teams and external users
- Maintain and improve technical documentation and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, AI, and hardware
- Monitor and maintain self-hosted and internal systems
- Help reduce recurring problems through better tools and processes
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team
Skills Required to Evolve in This Role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
- Good understanding of software, infrastructure, and basic hardware
- Clear communication skills for different audiences
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
