Role Overview

Ensure smooth operation of our internal tools and external deployments. You will provide technical support, maintain documentation, and help keep systems reliable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal teams and external users
  • Maintain and improve technical documentation and processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across software, AI, and hardware
  • Monitor and maintain self-hosted and internal systems
  • Help reduce recurring problems through better tools and processes
  • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team

Skills Required to Evolve in This Role

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management
  • Good understanding of software, infrastructure, and basic hardware
  • Clear communication skills for different audiences
  • Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
